Order not delivered and no response from customer support

I ordered a book on 3 March- order number 030320100066. Status of the order still shows "Being Processed". There is absolutely no response from customer support for queries raised. I had a good experience with indiaplaza for the first book purchased, so i tried this site again, now i don't think i will ever use it again.
