Non delivery of product after a month

I had booked an ipod on 16 October as a gift for delivery before diwali. I was shocked when I checked with the person (whether the person got the gift on diwali) to know that the ipod has not been delivered.

Then, I called the helpdesk number where the person for sorry, however, mentioned that because they did not get the ipod from supplier they were not able to ship. Its surprising to know that no one had called me or sent an email for 20 days (from 16 Oct to 5 Nov) to inform me about the delay.

I have now been told that the ipod would be shipped this week. I raised the compliant on 6 Nov and the compliant ticket # is PH175210513108281 and the sms mentioned that someone will contact me before 8 Nov - however no one has contacted me till date i.e. 10 Nov.

I am totally disappointed by the service of indiaplaza. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
