Mis Communication and cheating

I booked for delivery of flowers on indiaplaza and then asked them to deliver it on 16th instead of 15th. I was told that is not possible so they would cancel my order - Bangalore contact centre. I was also told that the confirmation would come through mail.
I waited for an hour and then again called up.. I was told that the order was cancelled and the money would be refunded in a week"s time.
I am disgusted and surprised to see responses saying that for the same order it was recd by two different people at the place - (suspicious response)
It tantamounts to cheating when after confirming that they have cancelled they deduct the money and claim delivery..unfair/ mis communication can be avoided by proper training at the contact centre.
