Books not received despite online payment

I had ordered books through Indiatimes oline shopping and made a paymen of Rs.500. Even after twoyears an numerous calls and followups with the agency we hve not received the goods. Sad part is that the manager at the agency has been totally clueless and ucooperatve. They promised several times to resolve the issue and get back to us but have never bothered to respond.
We have spent fotune in making calls from Bangalore to their head office in Delhi.
It is shocking to see such apathy from such a reputed company.
