Product Not Delievered and not received back the refund

Dear Sir,

I have places an order online on 8th Nov 09 to Shoppling.indiatimes.com vide order no 112029624 and made the payment online through Credit card for Rs. 2149.00.

Inspite of regular folloups and complaints logged with Customer service Dept on Phone and on mail I haven't received proper response.

On requesting them to pls cancell the order and refund the amount, their executive committed that the amount will be refunded by 8th Dec 09. But still the amount has not been refunded to me.

You are kindly requested to take the complaint and give me the resolution. Each time calling to customer services creates mental harresment to me.
