Non-Delivery of Item & No-Refund of paid amount

We had placed an order for a Blackberry 8310 mobile phone from Indiatimes Online shopping (Order# 112863894). The cheque was collected on 21st February & cleared on 24th February.

However, Indiatimes intially said that the amount was not received, which was clarified later.

On 10th March they informed that the consignment was shipped on 3rd March vide AFL AWB# 81590303967841. AFL Chennai had never received that consignment & we realised that the AWB no is fake.

As on today, there is no confirmation of refund & Indiatimes is only prolonging the issue.

We need a refund of our amount paid (Rs. 7890/-) & appropriate interest.

We also wish to highlight the issue so that other buyers do not fall prey to such nuisances.
