I ordered for Asus Wireless Router on 11 Jun it has not been delivered after 7 weeks. The payment was made in full and in advance. A case number 285538 was opened with Indiatimes Shopping initially, and god knows how many more after that! They promised to call back in 24 hours but have NEVER done so. I have spent 1-1.5 hours on calls, sent 50 emails, wasted all my money on calls and time. But they are quite tough skin to message through to.
Never shop with Indiatimes again.
