Purchased product not delivered

Hello sir/madam...

Following is the product purchase details from indiatimes shopping, the times of india group..

my order number is 113295889 and i have purchased Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex 3.5 Inch 2 TB External Hard Disk - DESK

(STAC2000300)... on the date september 11...

obviously i have purchased it from axis bank account through debit card... the amount 4957.00 rs deducted from account...

but till now after 15 days (10 working days) i dont get it...

i have asked my product delivery status through email, call & sms but still i did not get any reply from the company...

now tell me what i do...???

even through online chat facility on company's web site no one responsing me waiting for 1 hour to get response...
