NON RECEIPT OF FREE GIFT

Vide your invoice No. ORA090057273 & ORA090057274, I purchased two set of 12 books in Aug. But despite of my requests I could not get free gift (i.e. Free One Air ticket and Holiday stay) so far.

For your ready reference i summarised as under;

1. as regard Air Ticket is concern I have submitted gift form to Bigcity but so far could not receive ticket.

2. further there is no response in respect of Holiday stay in Three / five star hotel as specified by you.

On the basis Unique Number i have downloaded the form and submitted to you Banglore office. But could not receive Air ticket and Holiday stay.

Please look in to the matter and arrange to send me Air Ticket and Holiday stay per return of post.
