Non delivery of welcome gift

I had purchased Reebok sunglass from "www.bagittoday.com" and tried to lodge my claim for offered free gifts on their given web www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm it was not available. Afterward, I have called on 011 40502424 and other india today phone numbers which has yielded no result.

I can not imagine that the company from india today group can do like this.
