Item booked and paid but not received

Sir

I booked two product from India today book club. (a Kodak Digitel camera C 160 (product ID 110046424) and, Reebok sunglass (product ID 110046468). I payed the amount using my credit card on 09/11/2099 and 10/11 respectivly. I received only the digital Camera. I requested to dispatch the Reebok sunglass (product ID 110046468) but they are only promising to dispatch the item but not doing so. they give me a mail informing that the item dispatched on 14-NOV through DART MAIL under the consignment no 69358786. but there is no Dart Mail office at my town. I send an e mail to Dart Mail to solve the problem. but there was no responce
