Didnt recieve the order after 3 months of payment

I have placed an order for a Benetton Sunglasses on 15th Nov 09, for which payment was done through credit card (599 Rs). I have not yet received the order inspite of calling them numerous times. In the process, my order was also changed to a Reebok watch from Benetton sunglasses. I request the concerned authorities to take action against them. I see that there are already 50 complaints against this company. I want my money back. I request all not to deal with this company or you'll loose waste your money
