Non receipt of special offe

I had bought four books with total invoice value of Inr 499. Living Media India Limited, India Today Book Club promised to deliver a special offer gift of Reebok Watch on buying the above. I made upfront online payment. The books were delivered and the invoice accompanying had a unique number to claim my special offer by logging on to their site www.indiatodaybookclub.com.

On repeated reminders they responded saying. the same was returned as the door was locked. They confirmed they will resend but has not come yet. There has been no reply either to my emails. Please help me resolve this on priority.
