Non receipt of order paid in advance

I had ordered 2 Home Theater Systems and 2 LCD TVs'(32") offered to me on my mobile by the agent Mr. Ajay and supervisor Mr. Arjun from phone no. 911204785360. I made advance payment through 2 credit cards. But I have received only one sub-standard Home Theater System and nothing else. Now, their helpdesk is not responding to my frantic efforts. I am afraid I have been cheated by a reputed brand. Can you please help me in getting out of this mess?
