NON RECEIPT OF HOLIDAY VOUCHER AND AIR LINE TICKET

I had placed 3 orders for Kodak camera, phillips DVD player, and Samsung mobile which promised Free one way air line ticket & and a holiday voucher/coupon for 3days/2nights stay with meals for a couple for Rs.2499/- (incl. Rs.500/-) handling charges and Rs 5000 discounted Diamond Jewellery Voucher on 9th November and 13 november. I have received the Camera, DVD player and Phone but not the holiday voucher, diamond voucher and airline tickets for all the 3 orders as mentioned. Instead the Invoice mentions that to claim the free holiday voucher gift we have to log on to www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm within 60days of the invoice date but to my surprise the said site does not exist. When the remittance was already credited to India Today Book Club, why the Holiday Voucher was not send alongwith the products ordered. In this scenario, if you are not able to log on to the site, one is sure to lose the holiday voucher. diamond voucherand air line tickets This simply seems to be an a novel way of conning people into buying the products with free beeies and then abandon the customer with out giving the free gifts. There are already so many complaints against this company. Has the company ever thought how this in turn going to affect the reputation of the company? This is real white collared cheating.
