Payment thru credit card without delivery of Product

I placed an order on 16th June'2009 to IndiaToday book club (ITBC) to purchase Benetton Sunglasses (with free gift of watch) of Rs 1248/- thru my credit card (HDFC bank). The response from ITBC website was that the transaction was unsuccessful however the amount of Rs 1248/- was debited to my credit card account.

Initially, the response of the ITBC team was that they have not received the amount however on providing details from HDFC bank (which is below), their standard reply has become to resolve the issue at the earliest however nothing has happened in last ten months and moeny has not been refunded.

Have sent a lot of mails to the order/response team of ITBC but the issue has not been resolved.
