Non receipt of orde

I had ordered for a Philips Home Thearter on 07.04.2010 by paying a total amount of Rs.7, 598/- (Booking ID-880101959 with India Today Book Club as when I received a phone call from ITBC saying that by ordering this product I am qualified to win a guaranteed cash gift of Rs.10, 000/- to 60, 00, 000/-, and told me that I will be getting the ordered product within 15days by blue dart courier. Till today I have not received the product and now they are asking me to go to buy further more product so as to get my previously ordered product, and also they are asking me to pay nearly Rs.15, 000/- as a tax amount.

I request to cancel my order and refund my amount immediately.

Please resolve this issue immediately
