Dear Sir,

I have ordered Reebok shoe from India today bookclub shopping site, they have charged twice from my credit card Rs 2999/- in the month of May. I ave written so many requests to refund to me, which they are not at all considering. they giving standard reply that will send aithin 15 days. Now almost more than one year, still i didn't get my money back.

Kindly do the needful to get my money as well as other consumers should not affect due this fraudulant act of India Today Book club.
