Payment made but goods not receivied

Dear Sir / Madam,

I Have booked a sansung ominia pro mobile in india today book club & made my payment online for Rs.13999/- on 30th April. And ITBC invoice no. ORA100010906 and the company promise me the delivery withi4 weeks of the payment. But still now i have not receivied my product or the refund for the transacation.
