The following complaint was given by me on 8th Jul and assured that the gifts and books would be send soon. But till today i have not yet received the same. Pls take neccessart action

A sum of Rs 2199 was credited to your account from my SBI credit card for the book titled, HISTORY OF INDIA on 17/3. After a lapse of 3 months you wanted the authorization no: of the SBI card which was also forwarded. In your reply on 24/06 I had an assurance from you that you would send the materials immediately. In spite of all these I find that you are still not cared to reply my three emails after 24/06. I presume that I am being cheated. If to rectify my presumption kindly send the materials as offered or return the money immediately as I lost the faith in you.
