Poor quality products/ not meeting the commitment

I had purchased the below said item on 26th March and rec’d the parcelbut the below said items are missing from the parcel!!

1. 2 GB Memory card

2. Battery Charger

3. Camera Pouch

The said items are mentioned in the camera packing (as a part of Kodak offering); however these items eatern by Indiatoday bookclub team.. apart from this the quality of the gifts (its said to be REEBOK!! is it really Reebok???) was pathetic.. since we had accidently damaged one gift item, i couldnt return it to them..

Guys, pls dont take any items or believe any promisses from ITBC team.. they are the biggest cheaters..
