Refund not processed

I have purchased Philips home theatre in Apr and received the same by last of April. I found that non working and returned back to ITBC and also I was not satisfied with the specification told while teleshopping and the product which was delivered. I requested refund in May and ITBC has not given me any refund till yet. I have made hundereds of call and put dozens of mails but no response. I never seen such customer ignorance and poor response giving company. Will you listen to what I'm trying to say...
