Not giving my cd & gifts promise

I had ordered the devotional cd pack of indian music to india today book club through internet the company offered me that cd pack will cost you Rs.1999/- with delivery charges extra along with cd pack they will give me free gifts of reebok shoes, holiday package, and free air tickets for one person. After confirming that i had placed my order.

The company send me wrong cd package of agastha cristine for which i had paid 2598/ as delivery charges and cd cost. After opening the pack i found that i had got the wrong cd pack than i talk through phone to their customer care no the said to me that you returned your cd pack we will replace this with the pack your ordered.than i returned that pack from then i had given them many reminders on email they never give me good response
