Money charged, no delivery done

India Today Bag it club called me faking that I have been lucky winner of Rs 1 lakh, however they put a condition that I need to order merchandise online worth Rs 15000/- for qualifying. I did authorise the merchandise over phone by credit card, however after that it's been over 1 month I haven't received either the merchandise or the Rs 1 lakh winning jackpot.

Moreover they are not responding to calls or e-mail thereafter. Kindly assist in getting this resolved... Plz feel free to call me on my cell no 09370431454.
