I had ordered for a Reebok watch on the bagittoday.com site, the charges of Rs 299 was promptly deducted from my credit card, however i ave not recieved delivery of the product. When i contacted the customer care, they mentioned that the delivery was returned, however this cannot be the case, as i was not intimated about this- no calls to my mobile number...

After repeatedly following up, they have agreed to refund the amount, however it has already been more than a month and the authorites have not refunded the money.

I repeatedly mailed them, but they stone walled with template answers.
