Sending me empty watch box without watch

My name is vamsi krishnafrom macherla (Andhra pradesh).one day i received one SMS in my mob saying that.as i was a valuable customer so i got a chance of winning a Benetton Watch UCB.for that watch i dnt want to pay any cost but i have to pay only 499 rs only as per delivery charges.after seeing that msg i replied for thet via SMS itself.so yesturday (12-3) i went to post office to collect that gift as our postman intimated me that i have got a VPP n told me to collect it from post office.i went to postoffice n paid the amount of 499 n collected that parcel which was in perfect state.i came back to my home n opened thjat box n i was shocked to see the empty box with out watch in it.immediately i contacted to the phone number which i found in the invoice cum delivery note 011-40502424.in that num i spoke with the customer care executive he took my complaint n gave me complaint number (404448).
