Cheating me as I have not pay anything and charged on my card

I got a call from India today book club and the caller told me I don't have to pay anything but I will get diamond gift coupons for my previous purchase in India Today Book Club. I told repeatedly i don't want anything form them. Still he insisted he won't cahrge anything but cahrged Rs. 8999 on my credit card.

After that I cancelled their order when I got confirmation call. Still I am not refunded the amount. The bank says they have claimed the amount. What is the course of action to get it back?
