Refund pending since more than a month

I have bought a phone from timtara.com on 14-Feb-12 which was supposed to be shipped within 20 business days.

Order #10191171 [1 x Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V Mobile Phone]

Till 20th business day I kept following up for the phone but they did not respond.

After that I ordered cancellation of phone.

It took 5-7 emails and 10-15 calls and about 10 days to get the ordered cancelled.

As per their policy the refund is supposed to be processed within 7 business days.

Its more than a month now and the refund is not yet processed.

The customer care does not pick up the calls. They do not respond properly to emails.

All they mail is asking for 4-5 days and then nothing.

I am worried if they are frauds, offering high discounts and forfeiting consumer's money.
