Unproffesional service from Infybeam

I had made an order with Infibeam on the 23rd of Dec. The payment was made via card and subsequently, cleared from the bank. The delivery promise as per the site was 21 to 35 business days.

At the time of booking, system was showing stock of the ordered book.

I never got any status detail on order for 65 days despite of my continous phone calls and mails. After such a painful experience, I recieved a mail on 25th Feb saying that the book is out of stock.

This is very unprofessional. I would strongly recommand not to use infybeam for any online purchase.
