Unproffesional Attitude

Hi, I have been a Nokia subscriber since 7 years now. For the past 6 months, I have been using E-71, and suddenly facing a problem in sending "sms". For the rectification of the same, I have deposited my set in "Aryans Communication, Park Road, Lucknow" thrice in past 15 days for same problem. Today after getting the delivery after 13 days, when again I faced the same problem, I called up Mr. Praveen, the Customer Service Manager over there, and was asked to contact Consumer Forum for further procedings. Such unproffesional attitude is totally neither expected, nor accepted from as BIG brand as Nokia. Request your empathy in this, as being in effects your brand name as well as goodwill. My current Job Sheet Number is 339504886/090730/57. Also I would bring to your notice that while visiting the "Aryans Communication", I found the "Feedback Form Box" opened and all forms were lying here and there, secondly there was no name mentioned, whom to contact for customer service (Photographs can be mailed, if required). Would appreciate a quick response of this communication.
