Gmail account hacked

Dear sir/madam,

I am raising this complaint on behalf of my friend. I dont want to disclose any information about her details here in this section as I feel its not safe. The problem is that her gmail account is being used by someone else even if she is not logged in to it. So can you please suggest how to go ahead with nabbing the culprit. Its becoming

important now as she has changed the password couple of times still no use. Its still being used by someone. Please help... thanks so much...
