Delay in internet services

I changed my mobile phone set to apple's i phone, i m a frequent internet services users of vodafone in, so i requested to change my services to new phone on 28/2/10 vide req number-2142605768, till date i havnt recd any thing in this regard from ur so called tota fone service. i/m a practicising radiologist in which i uses internet services very frequently. if such is the state of affairs in ur co. than God save us.
