Irresponsible after sales service and technical support

Dear Madam/Sir,

My MTNL broadband connection is not working for more than two weeks, the customer support tells us that they have forwarded the complaint to the lineman and its his responsibility to fix it but no one comes.

Kindly provide a solution.

I recently registered a complaint again, Complaint no. - 46900090.
