Improper goods Sent

Hi,

I have bought a combo offer (T-Shirt and Watch) )in best buy.com, there are several challenges faced by me

1. Customer service number never works perfectly, when ever we try to reach there will be no response

2. The product i looked and ordered and the product that I have received has no resemblance, Thought to get adjusted with the one I received but the Watch is a very pretty old one with improper packed in a rusty Old Box. I have attached the pictures of the offers proposed and the watch i received also. There was not any intimation to me when they changed it and am not able to reach the customer service even. Please look into the matter for a better solution.
