Non refund of orde

I had ordered a product (order number99219322) from 99 labels.com on 25th Dec. The product was defective and hence i returned it to the company, bearing the courier charges myself. The total cost of my product was 3000/- approx. Inspite of continuous follow up over emails and calls to customer care i ave still not received my refund amount Of Rs 3000/- from the company. Everytime their customer care representatives say 5-7 working days, but this nightmare has gone along for 4 months now.
