I have ordered a shoe for Rs.963/- by online shop 100Best buy .com 3 months back. Till now I did not received the item. I have contacted there customer care many times and they are cheating me by telling sorry and giving assurence to dispatch it shortly. It is understood that they dont have the intention to send my order. Kindly look in to this problem and try to help me out for solving this problem.
