FAKE AND DAMAGED IPOD

I have got a mail from 100besbuy.com stating that i have won an ipod. When i saw the mail i registered online without knowing that they will delievr they called me and started asking me 700 rupees saying that i have got a courier and forced me to pay money. I have paid 699 and received a fake mp3 player which is not at all an ipod and with a damaged earphone and usb. I would like to lodge a complaint against these cheaters who are selling fake products and forcing the customer to pay for it. I need my 699 rupees back. Noone is picking up the phone and noone is returing my money. Kindly lodge a complaint against them and i want my refund as soon as possible.
