Infirst week of February application for surrender of broadband 26411773 submitted to Accounts Officer Kolkata, Satyabala, Howrah in their drop box. I'm

In March they asked for last paid bill. Since the bill is being paid to through ECS to the debit of my a/c with UCO, Howrah paid bill can not be produced. However copy of bill for March send as it shows bill uptown February. Paid.

Thereafter they are silent _service not disconnected. Sending bills. I am a senior citizen and want to get rid of paying for broadband. Pl help
