I am a regular online shopper with mix experience. I thought 20 North is going to be a good
experience but after reading few review in Mouth shut I tried with a small purchase (not very small though). A Legacy Class D amplifier. Which cost me around Rs. 11536. Order placed on Apr 28. And then my nightmare began. As usual I had made many follow up with there customer service and they provided me with there #$#@ promises but I have not received my material yet. I was provided with a tracking no. which say “item in local transits” since I traced them. On 1st June I received one invoice from Bluedart (an other bad experience) and they asked me to provide “From 50” which I have provided on 2nd Jun. On 3rd June. They (BD) returned the From50 to me and told me that the invoice send by them (20 North) was wrong and From 50 is no use so they can not deliver the material which is at Airport authority and they asked me to go to the airport and collect the material by myself which I did and found out that the Invoice which has come with the material is in USD and the material was delivered from Chennai and there is no customs document was provided so they cannot deliver the material and the from 20 is no use. BTW getting from20 from the W.B. government authority is not very easy one but after so many hassles the from was no use. Then I report every thing to 20 North. As usual they promised me that they will deliver the material by themself in another few days but ony GOD knows when I will receive my material…….. I had never been such a bad experience before for last 5 yers.
