Please refer to your message dated 31/10 at 06:16 pm "SIRF APKE LIYE" GPRS scheme for one week. In response to your message I activated the same. But this is very much regretted that despite of my several messages to no. 543210 to MO to activated GPRS (as per your directions) and call to your customer care (Spoke with Mr. Deepak on 03/11 at 12 noon) no. I have not yet got GPRS settings.

Now I feel highly cheated and disappointed that my mony was wasted for no reason. Now I expect from you to revert my mony back of three days or send GPRS setting and activate GPRS for next one week.

Your Instant response is highly needed to avoid further implications.
