Dear Madam,

I'm keep on requesting and yelling to terminate my broad band connection since 20 days which one i'm not using and even i'm not in the flat, but you are saying that you will charge me the same bill amount till terminate, if you terminate my broad band connection after three months till three months i have to pay the three months bill which i one i'm not using and even i'm in that flat also, so who is going to take responsiblity for delaying to terminate connection. you are not ready to take response you are blaming customers and you are keeping burden payment on them it is not fare.
