Refund not received

I placed an oder for LG LED TV Order number 455012 and paid of 36640/- via net banking on 7th Oct but when i never received the product till 18th Oct. and made five six call for ststus i was told that the product is NOT AVAILABLE and you letusbuy cant deliver it.

So i canceled the order on 18th Oct. But then may payment of is not returned till now. Should i go to economical office wing for the complain or the consumer court. Is there anyone how can help me to get my refund. I have wasted a lot of energy with their customer care but they always promise 24 to 48 hrs which never com
