Not providing proper services

My wife started this (LIGA highspeed internet cafe) on 01-01 on the promise of your territorial manager (Sreeraj) on the speed of internet services and alsooffered that there will be a high percentage of income through sify Value Added Services. He offered us the bundle offer nad We have paid the full amount for 6months. But till the date they have not shown how to use the Value Added Services nor does our centre hadbeen selected for theSify online examination my 3 months amount has been gone without any value added services. i'm to consult an advocate for filing a case of cheating. Many of them came for travel bookings and without clear idea we were not able to gide them for booking tickets and we let them to go for another travels. We expect the clarification from you.
