Frequent disconnections

Hello,

My name is Verinder Uppal, an unfortunate customer of MTNL Mumbai vide C.A. No. 2080002921.Despite lodging various complaints with MTNL my broadband disconnects frequently. Sometime connection gets lost within 2-3 minutes.

Their lineman is useless and does not know anything about internet and keeps revisting my house on each compalint but probelm persists. I am losing patience now, this is really becoming intolerable. I have been facing these problems from the time I decided to use their broadband services (for last 3 to 4 years).

Now I want to take a legal action against them for providing me substandard services. Kindly advise, how do file a legal complaint against them??
