Fraud and cheated in terms of service and product delivery

We have purchased the 10 Domain Windows hosting from Manashosting company. We have purchased the Dedicated IP too. We have not received the exact database that we were suppose to get and also the Dedicated IP. We have raised the Ticket too OEM 595915. When we call billing department, they will ask us to contact the Technical team and when we call tech team they will ask to call billing department. The tech person told "they are not concerned for this issue and Customer relations". They speak very rude and never provide any kind of support. Please take the legal action on them and cancel their license so that people like us will be saved by spending the money.
