Refund is not being processed

Dear Sir/Madam,

I actually had a product purchased from Manashosting in July and paid the necessary amount for the period of three years. However due to some worng updation in Paypal account, amount of Rs.1, 956.79 is again deducted towards manashosting vide transaction id # 8WL7463608639780P. I had raised a ticket with manashosting for refund of this amount on 3rd of August. However the ticket is still not resolved and i am being given with some or other false commitments.

Hence would like to seek your support in getting this issue resolved.
