BSNL Connection
Unable to go online!

I am unable to go online for the past 3 days. I have got a bsnl connection and i have complained to them. But they say the problem is with the server. I don't think the server will go down for 3 days... But no response from them... I got fed up of the connection... I have got a new connection just one month back... Customer service is very bad.
