REGARIDNG EXCESS BILLING

Dear Sir,

We are using the Airtel Internet Connection against account number. 11355993 .While giving the connection we were informed that the billing will not exceed Rs.590/- but we have been facing problem for last couple of month where bill has been coming from 1200/- to 2500/- though the use in our remain same. You are therefore requested to disconnect the connection with immediate effect as we are paid the last bill and will not paying any further bill.
