Not Refunding of Rs 1100

Hi

This is a compliant against Metamax board band services i recently disconnected the connection due to their negligence when i have complained regarding no connection they had never responded so i forcibly required to ask them to remove the connection but unfortunately i have paid in advance for 3 months (550*3=1650) but i have used for 1 month so when the connection was removed they have to repay the remaining 2 months balance but till date there is no response we went to their office and they have promised to pay it within 15 days but this happened last 3 months back but till now we have not received so i am here to compliant against them and hopping any needful regarding this.

And we have the mails from them saying that they will refund the amount if necessary i will be sending you
