Product not received and no replies for cancellation of orde

Hi:

I did my first online shopping from Mginger. It has been a bad experience. I ordered a combo offer available on their website of Denims and Polo watch. And paid Rs 399 through credit card. Its been more than 20 days I have not received my order. I have been trying the support number mentioned on their website but no good. I had sent a mail on which I did receive a reply stating that my order will be shipped soon. however I didn't receive anything. Then I sent a mail for cancellation. But again no use. As there has been no reply. I just want my money back. It has been a bitter experience for a starter of online shopping. Please help. My Order no. is 188448 and phone no. 09316379027.
